Inner Child Healing

Often, emotional issues may be related to repetitive wounding received as a child from family dysfunction, abuse from an adult in a position of trust, bullying at school, or a trauma that never received emotional healing. These unhealed wounds greatly influence our mindset and decisions in life even into adulthood. 

Inner Child Healing addresses these wounds in a gentle and kind manner. It's a deep meditative process that compassionately engages you with your inner child. This allows for healing of your younger self, and integration of the energies that separated due to the trauma. 

This healing allows you to move forward with wholeness and love for who you were as a child and the adult you now are.
